Terms & Cancellation Policy
3 Night Stay Minimum. No smoking property.
Fees:
Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee- $250.00
If you’re bringing a pet, there’s a fee- $100.00
Kayak (3) available. $100 for unlimited use during the entire stay. Ask about availability.
Admin Fee- $75.00
15% Hotel Tax
A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The remainder is due within 35 days of arrival.
Once you complete and submit the reservation form, we’ll reach out to you via email to confirm your reservation asap.
We’ll send an invoice via Square to collect the deposit.
Once that payment has cleared, your dates will be blocked on our calendar.
The final payment is due 35 days before your arrival.
We’ll send the final payment invoice to your email via Square on that due date.
This final amount will include the remainder of your balance plus taxes and fees such as pet fees or kayak rentals if applicable.

It creates a lot of wear and tear beyond normal use.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival, a refund of your deposit, less 15% will be made. If a cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.

You’ll notice that Big Blue’s rental rate ranges from $350 – $550 per night- as shown in yellow on the calendar.
For dates that are already reserved, you’ll see RESERVED in teal. Major holidays are in red.
